got this info from a newsletter Herb Paul brought to our attention a Kanawha County (Code 2.8 ) law which doesn’t allow painting or disassembling of vehicles outside of a garage even on private property. The legislature is considering making this a state law. any input you may have on your legislatures would be appreciated
